We are rapidly expanding and are currently seeking a talented, knowledgeable, motivated and experienced Massage Therapist and Hair Stylist Associates to join our professional team. Position Statement:
The Spa Support Staff focuses on creating La Bella Mi Spa's family feeling to every client who walks through our door as well as assisting the service providers in a team environment.
Job Description:
Embraces and promotes the La Bella Mi Spa Salon, culture, and high customer service.
Promotes a positive environment for client and associates through respect and trust.
Spa wide responsibilities including client care, retail sales and daily maintenance tasks.
All other related projects and/or duties as assigned by the Spa Management Team.
Provide orientation tour, explaining spa amenities offered and answering clients' questions.
Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized spa environment through consistent monitoring of the relaxation room and any other common areas.
Maintain supplies and amenities as needed.
Review client appointment/schedules as needed.
Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, and retail product.
Maintain eye contact and proper body language when addressing external and internal clients.
Handle clients' questions and concerns professionally, timely and courteously by providing accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by clients.
Requirements:
Proven exceptional customer service and selling skills in a retail environment
Client focused, team oriented and strong people skills
Spa or related industry experience desired
Consistently exhibits high energy level; ability to handle multiple tasks easily
Ability to work on their feet in a fast paced environment for extended periods of time
Leadership ability and positive work ethic
Extreme flexibility and adaptability to work weekends
Passion and desire for excellence; motivated, results driven and caring
Detail oriented, conscientious, thorough and reliable
Excellent verbal communication, listening and computer skills
Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
Minimum of High School diploma.
Prior Spa experience preferred.
